Near the end of today's session, I noticed a small leaf growing through the crack of the concrete. To me it represents perseverance. Achieving any goal requires you to push against all odds to overcome the obstacles. It will be tough, it will be hard work...but it will be a labor of love for yourself. You are becoming stronger, leaner, healthier as you push, lunge, squat, pull, and twist each rep you do... you are the little leaf growing through the concrete.
